About DIAL ONE

What started as a one-man operation in Houma, Louisiana, in 1973, DIAL ONE Broussard Appliance has become one of Louisiana’s largest independently owned appliance service companies. Founded by Peter Broussard, it is now owned and operated by his daughter Allyson and her husband Al Frederiksen. After taking ownership in 1999, they decided to expand and took the excellent small-town service, once exclusive to residents of Terrebonne Parish, to Al’s hometown of New Orleans.
